The Foundation for Children and Youth with Diabetes was founded to provide quality camping programs, exceptional activities and education. We are committed and dedicated support children and youth with diabetes and their families.

 

2010 winter Camp dates and information

Ski Utada 2010:

All Campers and Staff need to call Dr. Okubo

To get the correct camp application for your desired camp session. Leave a message on his phone and he will send you the correct application. 801-566-6913

  1. February 12-15. Camper school grades 5-9. Arrive Friday night after dinner (around 7pm). Campers leave Monday morning after breakfast.
  2. February 25-28. Camper school grades 2-7. Arrive Thursday night after dinner (around 7pm). Campers leave Sunday morning after breakfast.
  3. March 11-14. Camper School Grades 5-9. Arrive Thursday night after dinner (around 7pm).

Camp cost is $75.00. We do not turn anyone away if they have lack of funds for camp. Please call Dr. Dave Okubo if a campership is needed. All information is confidential. 801-566-6913.

Ski Lessons at a discount are $35.00. Ski tickets ages 11 and over are $25.00 normal price is $58.00 (tickets may be less than $25.00 depending on how many tickets are donated to camp). Ski tickets ages 10 and under are free.

Staff instructions

All staff should arrive around noon. Please arrive after you have lunch as no lunch will be available at camp.
