The Foundation for Children and Youth with Diabetes, Inc. (FCYD) is a not for profit, 501c3 charitable organization registered in the State of Utah that operates Utah's diabetes camp, FCYD Camp UTADA.

The mission of FCYD is to provide a fun, safe, educational and medically supervised camping experience for children and youth with diabetes.

FCYD Camp UTADA was established in 1962.  FCYD Camp UTADA diabetes camping programs are accredited by the American Camping Association and a member camp of the Diabetes Education and Camping Association.

FCYD is governed by a three-person Board of Trustees and is a 100% volunteer organization - one of the largest volunteer diabetes camps in not only the United States, but in the world.​
FCYD Camp UTADA strives to be inclusive and is dedicated to serving a diverse population. All individuals involved inFCYD Camp UTADA are expected to respect all individuals' rights and dignity.  The expectation is that there will be respectful communication and interactions with all individuals, regardless of culture, gender, religion, political affiliation, race, and ethnicity.
